
6 EASY STEPS TO HIRE:
1. Project Sponsor (you) identifies a potential project suitable for an RMYC crew.
2. Project Sponsor contacts RMYC to discuss the project and decide if it is suitable for RMYC.
3. If the project is suitable, Project Sponsor and RMYC staff work together to determine dates, number of crew weeks, type of crew, and crew costs associated.
4. Once these factors are agreed upon, a Participating Agreement is developed and approved by the appropriate parties.
5. RMYC staff will then arrange a pre-site visit with the Project Sponsor to determine the field logistics.
6. The RMYC Conservation Corps crew will perform the project under the supervision of RMYC personnel, and with project coordination from the Project Sponsor.
